Round channels should be fitted with a round gasket, and square channels with a square gasket.  The square gasket is more consistent, fill gaps, prevents vacuum leak, and makes the best air-tight foundation for your CNC router.  If you have a square channel please visit the square gasket collection or our Custom "D" Gasket for 1/4" x1/4" channels.

The XH series (Medium Density) is the most commonly ordered density.  We also offer XR series (Firm Density).   When sizing your gasket you want to pick a diameter that is slightly larger then you channel.  This will allow the gasket to stick slight above your channel.  The ideal height for the gasket to stick proud above the channel is 1/16".  XH 3150 is our most commonly ordered size.  It is intended for a 1/4" diameter channel.   

We also offer a unique D-Shape gasket intended for 1/4" x 1/4" square channels channels.  Some customers prefer this for square channels.  All Star CNC product has customized this product for 1/4" X 1/4" channels.  The rounded "D" shape eliminates the chance of pinching at the top.  While the square bottom keeps the gasket in place.
